Domaine de Tavernel, Terra Futura, Bouches du Rhone IGP 2018, France

Domaine de Tavernel was first established in 1830 by the Tavernel family. Since 1925, the domaine has belonged to the Amphoux family who converted the vineyards to organic in 1987 with no weed killer or any chemical fertiliser having been used since 1975. This cuvee is an organic blend of Merlot & Marselan made without the addition of any sulphites and using fully recyclable packaging. Bright purple in colour with soft fruit flavours of black cherry, blackberries and a dark chocolate note. Serve with tomato based pasta dishes, mediterranean vegetables, grilled meats or mature cheese..

Veuve Ambal has 230 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy and is one of the most pristine wineries in the region. 80% of the blend is Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with some Gamay for body and Aligoté for freshness. This Burgundy Crémant offers remarkable complexity.
